At Water Sport Pools SL, we put great effort and attention into providing the highest level of quality in the services we offer. Please review our Terms and Conditions before accepting any of our services and activities. Once you have booked an activity or any other service, you accept and are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Water Sport Pools SL is a sports and corporate events company that produces its own activities and services for groups.
We are a company that designs, manufactures, sells, and rents portable professional sports pools. We design unique environments for sporting events, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibition stands.
Sale of sports equipment and accessories for our unique and personalized pool designs.
Online sales of filtration systems and pool accessories, maintenance, construction of modular pools specifically for terraces and penthouses, design and manufacture of container pools, repairs, etc.
Sale of leisure pools and spas.
Our headquarters are located at: Avd. Miramar 17, Portal 1, Fuengirola 29640 (Malaga).
Prices:
Prices quoted by email are net and subject to the corresponding VAT (10% or 21%), unless otherwise specified. All quotes are based on the number of people requested and/or pools; therefore, they are subject to change if the total number of participants changes between the quote date and the confirmation date.
General Conditions of Payment and Reservation (unless otherwise specified in the relevant pro forma invoice and written correspondence between Water Sport Pools and its customer):
An initial deposit of 50% of the total pre-booked services is required to secure said services; another 25% of said total is required 1 to 3 months before the event start date; and the final payment for the remaining pre-booked services is due 3 weeks before the event start date.
As a general rule, the final number of participants and/or pools and details of all pre-booked services will be received 3 weeks before the event (any cancellations after this date will be considered a "no show").
Offer validity: 30 days after the date of the initial proposal
Payments made by credit or debit card will incur the following additional costs:
- 2.5% of the amount to be collected, via Visa or Mastercard
- 5% of the amount to be collected, via American Express or Paypal
All bank transfers must be sent in euros, and any bank and transaction fees will be borne by the sender, not Water Sport Pools.

Conditions for Total and Partial Cancellations (reductions):
In the event of a total cancellation of an event by the client, any deposits already paid will not be refundable.
In the event of a reduction in the number of participants and/or pools for an event, our general rule is as follows (unless otherwise specified in written correspondence between Water Sport Pools and its client):
-10% of the number of confirmed participants can be reduced up to 2 months before the start of the event without penalty
-5% of the current number of participants can be reduced up to 3 weeks before the start of the event without penalty
-Any reduction in the number of participants less than 3 weeks before the start of the event will be charged in full.
– Only 2 discounts are allowed for the same program/event.
-Pools: Reduction of 1 or more pools 2 months before the start of the event without penalty.
- Reduction of 1 or more pools 1 month before the start of the event or rental of the pool(s), 50% of the cost will be charged.
- Reduction of 1 or more pools 3 weeks before the start of the event or rental of the pool(s) will be charged in full
- Pool sales and orders: 30% for custom design. Once the design has been accepted (up to 4 modifications), a contract will be signed to place the order with the factory. 50% will be paid, and once the design has been manufactured, the remaining 20% will be paid. If, once the custom pool has been manufactured, you do not want the model, there will be no refund of the amount paid. For prefabricated pools, custom-made pools will be paid 100%. If, once the order has been placed, the person withdraws or does not want their order, they will be charged 40% of the amount paid, and the remaining 60% will be returned by bank transfer.
– This approach does not apply in cases where minimum expenditure or minimum number of participants is required, such as in a restaurant, catering, or subcontracting operation.
The client accepts that some activities, such as boat trips, water sports, and other outdoor experiences, are subject to weather conditions. If the activity is not possible, we will suggest alternative dates or activities (plan B).
If a new date is not an option, and a backup plan is not reliably possible, a partial refund may be arranged, depending on the exact time the decision to cancel the event is made, with a maximum of 90% of the total amount paid (10% to cover general and administrative costs incurred).
For sailing events, the final decision to cancel the event due to weather conditions rests solely with the boat captains. Therefore, if the sailing event were to take place, even if weather conditions were not ideal, no refund would be issued.
In cases where Water Sport Pools acts as an intermediary between the client and a final supplier (restaurant or hotel reservations, airport transfers, etc.), the cancellation and discount policies of that supplier will be followed and respected.
COVID-19: These are the different scenarios due to the coronavirus situation, given the current circumstances.
When we act as an intermediary between our client and our suppliers/partners, we would apply the Terms and Conditions of our suppliers/partners on a case-by-case basis.
As a general rule:
-All deposits already submitted will be retained and applied to any future dates throughout the remainder of 2022.
-If Andalusia remains blocked during the original event dates and it is not possible to postpone the event, we will refund all deposits paid, except for a 5% fee for management and administrative costs.
We would also do the same if regulations allowed travel but prevented this activity, either by limiting the number of people or contact between them.
-In the event that it was technically possible to travel to Spain during the original event dates but the event was canceled, deposits will not be refunded.
Marketing:
Water Sport Pools reserves the right to use your event as a reference for marketing purposes (photos, videos, logos, etc.). If the client does not allow Water Sport Pools to use any material, we must be notified in writing prior to the event.
Insurance:
As an activity provider and subcontractor for other providers, Water Sport Pools maintains the necessary civil liability insurance. In the event of an event, promotional campaign, campus, or subcontracting for other activities, accident insurance will be provided by the companies promoting said activities.
In some cases, Water Sport Pools acts as an intermediary, meaning that in the event of an accident or incident during one of the activities or services, the final provider's insurance will be used instead.
Clients can request a copy of our insurance policy and that of any of the final suppliers before booking a corporate event.
Responsibility:
If the group does not adhere to the planning and schedule, Water Sport Pools is not responsible for any problems/delays in any of the proposed activities.
While Water Sport Pools acts exclusively as the event coordinator and manager for the event and activities, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries or losses resulting from the experience.
Water Sport Pools is not responsible for any delays, problems, or losses resulting from force majeure (traffic jams, weather, strikes, etc.) or an event beyond our control.
Privacy:
Water Sport Pools may use images taken during activities and events for marketing purposes (Facebook, Web, etc.), unless the client waives our consent in writing before the activity takes place.
Jurisdiction:
watersportpools.com, watervolleyspain.com, and alquilerpiscinas.com are websites owned by Water Sport Pools SL, and as such, any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be heard in a Spanish court of law.
VAT:
If the VAT rate changes in Spain between the quote date and the invoice date, we will adjust the final amount accordingly.

The images used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences are for informational purposes only. Although they are, in most cases, actual examples of activities carried out by Water Sport Pools with its customers, in some cases they may not represent actual images of the activities.
